Every year, the St. Alfio Society prepares and serves
a free luncheon to occupants of St. Alfio Villa, a residence for the
elderly located directly across the street from the Society headquarters.
A complete meal is provided to all residents choosing to participate.
This annual event has been a long-standing tradition
of the Society and is held as a small token of appreciation for the
patience and understanding of the residents who live in the heart of
the Feast area and whose lives are disrupted during the preparation,
celebration and closing of the Feast every Labor Day weekend.
This years luncheon will be held April 28th 2007 at 11:30am, please
contact Sal Torname.
