We have received many inquiries from vendors expressing interest in becoming a new attraction. Because of our limited space and the fact that we have been sold out for the past 9 years, we will be accepting applications for vendors early this year. We have been working very hard at growing our festival as well as keeping it safe and fun for families to attend. This year, once again, we are putting a policy into place in order to secure your designated spot and in order to prevent no-shows, which can lead to invitation of new vendors. A $100 deposit must be received in order to secure your space. Spaces will be awarded on a first come first serve basis. Payment is due in full by August 1st. We are striving to keep our feast successful and mutually beneficial for you and our guests. PLEASE CLICK HERE FOR THE VENDOR APPLICATION Propane Users: Massachusetts has new
rules and regulations regarding the use of propane tanks. Vendors are
required to contact the Lawrence Fire Department and undergo a tank inspection
and valve replacement prior to set-up. Vendors must have a propane permit
from the local fire department if using propane tanks. Information on becoming a vendor please email request to vendors@threesaintsinc.org. Information should include: Name, address, phone number, booth size and description, merchandise, electrical requirements, and vendor license number. Our feast attracted over 100,000 people over the past years. It also has limited space available for vendors; please forward necessary information at your earliest convenience, thus leaving a better chance to accommodate you.
