In just a few months, the Saint Alfio Society will inaugurate its 84th Feast of the Three Saints over the Labor Day Holiday Weekend, from August 31 - September 2, 2007 in Lawrence, Massachusetts.

The Feast is a celebration of our Italian-American heritage, an annual event that draws close to 75,000 visitors from throughout the Greater Boston and New England regions. For three days, Common Street from Union to Jackson Street is alive with music, food, people and their laughter.

The Society has been offering a program book to the public in the weeks prior to and during the Feast as part of our promotional efforts. This book highlights our Feast schedule of events and is an excellent, low-cost advertisement vehicle for your organization. In previous years we have had over 150 companies place advertisements, a testament to the importance of our program book.

On behalf of the Society, we would like to make you aware of this advertisement opportunity and ask you to please participate this year.


Participation in our Feast Program Book will provide:

  • High Circulation: Approximately 8,000 books in a 10" x 7" size are expected in our print-run.
  • A Vast Audience: Your advertisement insert will reach thousands of adults attending our event from the Merrimack Valley area as well as Greater Boston and New England.
  • Opportunity: With a family-oriented environment and a proud 84-year history, this program book offers an economical opportunity to expand your business presence to potential consumers.
  • Support: Your advertisement supports a non-profit organization that offers scholarships for college-bound students, numerous volunteer activities and community events.

Our 5th annual Feast Program book will be distributed via local merchants two to three weeks prior to the event as well as during the Feast:

  • At the "Concert on the Common" Friday evening, September 1, featuring performer BJ Thomas. We anticipate over 15,000 people from Greater Boston and Southern New Hampshire to attend this free outdoor concert.
  • During Saturday evening's performance.

As a non-profit organization however, we count on the generosity and support of local and regional businesses. We would greatly appreciate your support with your purchase of an advertisement insert in our 2007 Booklet.

Details and instructions are provided on the attached order form. In order to guarantee that your advertisement appears in our booklet, a response including artwork and payment, by June 29, 2007 is required. Due to printing deadlines, we regret that we cannot accept submissions past this date.
