· What is it?
A booklet that will be printed in early August that will highlight the
Annual Feast of the Three Saints, schedule of events/information, and
both corporate and local/regional sponsors of the Feast.
· Why place an advertisement or my company logo/information
in this booklet?
Purchasing a space in the booklet for your advertisement or logo helps
support our annual Feast and its traditional events. More importantly
your support helps raise funds for our annual scholarship program, community
outreach and local charitable efforts. Plus, this is a very economical
way to reach an adult, family-oriented consumer audience.
· What is your attendance at this event?
During the course of the entire Labor Day Weekend, we estimate close to
75,000 people attend the annual Feast. For the program booklet, we expect
to have copies available and distributed in the two weeks prior to the
Feast and during the Feast itself. Not only that, but people take the
booklets home afterwards as mementos of the event. With so many people
attending and visiting the Feast, we anticipate a substantial readership
for your advertisement.
· How many will be printed?
We anticipate printing and distributing 8,000 copies.
· How do I participate and become part of the
program booklet?
Please complete the attached Participation Form, include your advertisement
and payment made out to Three Saints Inc. and return it to the address
indicated on the form.
· What are the costs for purchasing a page in
the program booklet?
The costs are as follows:
Full Page $500.00
Half Page $300.00
Quarter Page $150.00
Business Card $100.00
· I want to be part of the program booklet-what
do I need to provide the member for printing?
Please provide Black & White camera-ready Line-art or a Digital Image
on a CD in either InDesign (.indd), Encapsulated Post Script (.eps), or
High-resolution PDF (.pdf) format. We must have your logo or company information
in one of these formats only. Clean, white-background business cards are
also acceptable. We cannot alter or typeset any logos or company info.
· Can I include an ad with a coupon?
Yes, coupon ads are an excellent way to advertise your company. We ask
that you please include an expiration date (if any) with your artwork.
· I'm not part of a corporation but my family
and I want to participate-is there any other way to get involved in this
program book?
Yes, we have a Patron section, with costs as follows:

· I notice that the Feast is on Labor Day Weekend-how
long do I have to submit materials to you?
While the Feast may take place on Labor Day Weekend, our deadline for
all camera-ready artwork is by June 29, 2007. Regrettably,
we cannot accept artwork later than this date due to the printing and
layout schedule.
